What happens after you pay

A short note confirming I've got it, plus a few quick questions: your domain, where quote inquiries should land, and any photos you'd like used.
I build it out
Your photos go in, wording gets tweaked to sound like you, the quote form gets wired to your inbox. You review and tell me anything to change.
We go live
Once you're happy, I point your domain at the new site (about an hour, your email untouched). Done, and it's yours.

Do I have to get on a call?
No, never. The whole thing runs over email and text, on your schedule, between jobs. If you'd rather go back and forth quickly, text me and you'll get answers in minutes.
Will this mess up my current website or email?
No. Nothing moves until you say go. Your domain and email stay exactly where they are. When you're ready, we point the domain at the new site (takes about an hour) and your old site stays as a fallback.
What if I want changes later?
Small text and photo edits are part of the $50/mo care plan, done whenever you ask. Not on the plan? One-off edits are always available too. You're never stuck waiting on a portal.
What exactly am I paying for today?
The $500 one-time build: your site live on your own domain, your photos and wording, the quote form, and your first month of hosting. That's the whole price today. After the first month, keeping it online is $25/mo — or $50/mo with the care plan, where every change you want is done for you. And it's your site: if you'd ever rather host it elsewhere, you get the files and a hand moving it.
Why is it only $500? What's the catch?
No catch, and here's the straight answer: I'm still building my client base. A shelf of local results and an honest review from you is worth more to me than charging you what an agency would. The work is the same either way — the price reflects where I am, not what you're getting. It goes up once I've got that shelf, so this is genuinely the cheapest it will ever be.
What if I don't like how it turns out?
Then it doesn't go live. You've already seen the draft, and you approve the exact final version before it ever goes public. I keep tweaking wording and photos until you're happy — nothing launches on your domain without your go-ahead.
Who owns the domain, and what about renewal?
You do — it's registered in your name from day one, and it stays yours whatever happens. The first year's registration is included in the $500. After that, renewal (about $15 a year) is covered by the care plan, or billed at cost if you're not on it. Either way, nobody can hold your domain hostage — including us.
