Plain-English terms for working with The Web Magnet. If anything here is unclear, email us before you pay — we'd rather answer questions up front.

1. What you're buying

A monthly Google reviews service at $297/month, covering one business location and one Google Business Profile. It includes: a reply to every review already sitting unanswered on your profile, written in your voice and approved by you before it posts; a written playbook for difficult reviews; a follow-up system tied to your finished jobs so new reviews keep arriving; a 24–48 hour reply to every new review, good or bad; a monthly report on where you stand against the competitors shown beside you; and a fresh competitor comparison every quarter. Multiple locations are priced separately.

2. Term, and how to leave

The initial term is three months, because review recency takes weeks to build and a shorter run would not show you anything honest. After that it is month to month and you can cancel at any time.

The 30-day exit overrides that term. If the first month has not convinced you, cancel inside 30 days and keep everything already set up — the report, the replies written, the follow-up system. Cancelling stops future payments; it is not a refund of a month already worked.

3. Approval — nothing is published without it

Your name is on every word we write, so nothing posts to your profile until you have approved it. Replies are drafted in your voice and sent to you first. If you would rather approve in batches, or hand over standing approval for straightforward replies, that is your choice to make in writing and yours to withdraw at any time.

4. What we need from you

Manager access to your Google Business Profile, so replies can be posted; a connection to whatever job software you already run (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or plain text messages); truthful information about your business; and timely answers when a review needs a fact only you know. Access can be withdrawn at any time and we will remove ourselves on request.

5. Your data and your profile

Your Google Business Profile is yours and stays yours. We never take ownership of it. On cancellation we remove our access, and everything written for you — replies, playbook, reports — remains yours to keep and to use.

6. Reviews we will not touch

We do not buy, invent, incentivise or solicit false reviews, and we will not ask your customers for anything other than an honest opinion after a real job. We cannot promise the removal of a bad review. If one clearly breaks Google's rules we will flag it for you, but the decision is Google's alone and anyone promising removals is guessing.

7. What we don't promise

We do not guarantee a search ranking, a star rating, a number of new reviews, or a number of new customers. Those depend on your customers and on Google. What we commit to is the work: the backlog cleared, every new review answered within 24–48 hours, the follow-up running, and the report arriving every month.

8. Payments

Payments are handled by our secure checkout provider, which processes payment and emails your invoice automatically. We never see or store your card details. The subscription can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the paid period.
