Changes to your site
Text, photos, prices and opening hours are not included on this plan. Ask for a change whenever you want one and it's quoted and billed individually before any work starts — so you always know the cost first.

Everything in hosting, plus any text or photo change you want made for you as often as you ask, your prices and hours kept current, and your domain renewal covered. Most people are better off here — two paid edits a year already costs more than the difference.

Quick answers
What exactly does hosting cover?
Keeping your website online: server space, an SSL certificate so it loads securely, and monitoring so we know if it goes down. If something breaks on our side, fixing it is on us and costs you nothing.
When am I first charged?
On the day you subscribe, then the same date each month. If your website was built by us, your first month of hosting was already included in the $500 build — so this normally starts as that first month runs out.
Can I switch to the care plan later?
Yes, any time, and the other way round too. Email us and we'll move you over from the next billing date — no fee for switching either direction.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Hosting stops at the end of the period you've paid for. Your website and your domain stay yours — the domain is registered in your name. We'll send you your site files and help you move them somewhere else at no charge, with clear notice beforehand.
Who am I actually paying?
Checkout, invoicing and tax are handled by CopeCart, which sells this plan as reseller of record. Your invoice arrives by email automatically each month. The hosting itself is provided by The Web Magnet.
