How to request a change
Reply to any of our emails with what you want changed — new prices, a different photo, updated opening hours, a new service, a paragraph reworded. No portal, no ticket system, no waiting for a scheduled slot. As often as you like, for as long as you're on the plan.

How is this different from hosting only?
Hosting only ($25/mo) keeps your site online, secure and fast — and that's it; changes are quoted and billed one at a time. When am I first charged?
On the day you subscribe, then the same date each month. If your website was built by us, your first month of hosting was already included in the $500 build — so the plan normally starts as that first month runs out.
How many changes can I ask for?
As many as you want. It's the same work either way for us, and a site that's out of date is worse than no site — so we'd rather you asked. Genuinely large jobs (a whole new page, a new section built from scratch) get quoted before we start, so nothing is a surprise.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
The plan stops at the end of the period you've paid for. Your website and your domain stay yours — the domain is registered in your name. We'll send you your site files and help you move them somewhere else at no charge, with clear notice before anything comes off our servers.
How fast are changes made?
Ordinary text and photo changes are usually live the same or next business day. You'll get an email back confirming it's done — you don't have to check.
Who am I actually paying?
Checkout, invoicing and tax are handled by CopeCart, which sells this plan as reseller of record. Your invoice arrives by email automatically each month. The work itself is done by The Web Magnet.
